Ellen has been with Trius Pest Management for the better part of the last 15 years helping to keep our receivables and outgoing invoices flowing smoothly. She also brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her career as a real estate agent, providing our clients with helpful tips as they navigate pre-sale home inspections. Ellen enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her friends and family.

Natavia joined the Trius Pest Management family in 2013 and as a reformed insectophobe, she truly empathizes with client concerns and fears because they were once her own. As Operations Manager, Natavia continues to expand her knowledge of the pest control industry while using her customer service and human resources background to best serve the clients and employees of Trius Pest Management. Natavia graduated cum laude from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a double concentration in International Business and Management. Outside of work, Natavia can usually be found spending time with her boyfriend and her cat, listening to music, or staying active in the gym. Bill has worked in pest control for most of the last two decades and has seen just about everything the industry has to offer. He is familiar with all aspects of commercial and residential pest management services including wood destroying insects, bed bug treatments and wildlife control. As a former high school coach, Bill loves anything sports related, especially fishing and football. He is also a full-blown "Parrothead" and has been to over 45 Jimmy Buffet concerts. Travis is one of our newest technicians, having joined the team in early 2020. He comes to Trius Pest Management with over ten years of industry experience including general pest, wood destroying insect inspections and repairs. Travis’s easy-going personality and customer-oriented work style is a great addition to the company. In his free time, Travis enjoys hiking and watching comedy shows like his favorite, The Office. Chris P. started at Trius Pest Management in late 2019 as an enthusiastic newcomer to the pest management field. His desire to help others combined with his natural curiosity and work ethic provides the perfect foundation for a high-quality technician. We are excited to see how Chris develops as he continues to learn and be exposed to the constantly evolving world of professional pest management. While not immersing himself in his new industry, Chris enjoys relaxing and spending time with his girlfriend. He also loves dogs and watching football (Go Big Blue!). Steve joined Trius Pest Management in 2023 with over a decade of pest management experience. Steve’s favorite aspects of working in pest management are interacting with different kinds of people and finding effective, creative solutions for clients’ issues.

Before joining the Trius team, Steve served as an Infantry Medic in the Army National Guard and assisted with recovery efforts during Hurricane Sandy in 2012. Jess comes to Trius with over 20 years of experience in customer service. When the COVID pandemic shut down her previous job in the hospitality industry, Jess used that opportunity to try something new that still allowed her to use her people skills. She has been in pest management ever since and has developed a growing interest in entomology. In her spare time, Jess can be found making birdies on the green, watching action movies, enjoying live music, or finding delicious new recipes to make. Jess is an excellent addition to our team, and we’re excited to have her on board!
