Ants Eliminated Efficiently Jul 9, 2025

I live right near the woods and had a problem with sugar ants. I called Trius as my dad used them in the past and they were wonderful. They came in a timely manner, listened to my concerns since I have animals, and put the treatment materials in places that my pups couldn't reach. They also explained to me that I needed to let the ants take the food back to the queen so the whole colony could be exterminated. A few days of ants running around and then they were gone! Highly recommend.

I discovered a carpenter ant infestation in my attic and called a few pest exterminators, but Trius Pest Management was able to come over right away. Bill came to my home. He was great and kept my house clean as he worked. He first sprayed around my home where he thought the ant issues may have started. He then went to the attic to get to the cracks where the ants were coming out of. There was also another follow-up treatment the next week to make sure the ants were at bay. I am very happy with the results so far. I paid for the one-year guarantee to keep the ants out. It was a bit pricey but well worth it to keep my home pest free.

Angry Stingers in the Ceiling Jun 25, 2025

We heard a scratching sound in the ceiling of our upstairs bathroom but didn't see anything when we poked our head into the attic. A light tap cracked the ceiling, and out poured angry stingers! Steve from Trius came to our home in less than an hour, identified them as yellow jackets, answered all of our questions, treated our home inside and out, and was very reassuring that they would help us out for the rest of the season. So far, very happy with working with Steve and Trius!

I first contacted Trius when I thought I had a spider problem at home around summer 2021. They sent a technician to inspect my place and provide a quote. The technician is extremely professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. He carefully listened to my complaints, thoroughly inspected the property while all the time answering my questions and educating me in the process. At the end of the inspection, he also detected a rodent infestation that I was unaware of. He gave us multiple treatment options, one-time only versus continuous pest control plans, but never put any pressure on us to decide either way. After getting a couple more quotes from competitors, we decided on Trius exactly because of the technician, his behavior and work ethic, and the outstanding impression he had left on my wife and me. I've been a client for several months now and have received multiple treatment and maintenance visits already. Both the spider infestation and rodent infestation are now in control. I have since been in contact with multiple Trius people, and I'm glad to report that they are all like that: professional, caring, knowledgeable, dedicated, respectful, and friendly. On top of that, I can manage my account with them electronically via a web portal where all the information I need is available and payments are easy to make. What more can we ask for, right? I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. Update February 2025: I continue to use Trius Pest Management. I remain highly satisfied and have a lot more peace of mind knowing they are managing both my rodent problem as well as my spider problem. Their technicians and HQ people remain always a pleasure to interact with, very reliable and always willing to help.

Not only that, but the amount of care and effort that goes into each time he inspects my house for rodent activity and possible points of entry of the rodents is amazing! Tech is courteous and professional. 7/2024 Had a yellow-jacket problem, called Trius, they fixed it immediately, no charge :) 8/15 another bee/wasp problem, Jesse dressed in a full protective suit and net mask, took care of it. Great job again! 8/29 ant problem treated by Bill, who was excellent. 9/12 Jesse dealt with a stubborn ant problem in the cottage and, as usual, did a superb job. He is super thorough!

I have used Trius for a number of years with good results. They show up as arranged and complete their work as previously discussed. They may charge a little more, but it's well worth it. If you have a pest problem that shows up between visits, they are quick to respond at no additional cost. My last visit was done by Steven. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. I have a number of fruit trees and was concerned about overspray near the trees that were bearing fruit. He did a great job.
